Simple Free Recipe Frozen Treats

SHELENE’S SIMPLE SUMMER TREATS *****

Shelene writes: “On a hot summer afternoon, for a sweet
treat and a nice boost in energy I like to eat some grapes
that I have frozen, or some chilled melon cubes.” (EDITOR:
Frozen blueberries are also a nice treat.) ENJOY

Raw Holiday Fudge

1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup carob powder
1/4 cup sesame seeds, ground (optional)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, ground
1/2 cup raw almond butter
6 Medjool dates, pitted, soaked 2 hours, and drained
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts OR pecans, chopped

Place all ingredients in a food processor with S blade, and mix well. Press into a lightly oiled 8″ square pan.

Chill, cut, and serve. Keeps in refrigerator covered for several days. ENJOY!

Delicious Healthy BRAIN POWER SMOOTHIE Recipe

The following recipe is a great and extremely healthy
alternative, especially for children, who like something
tasty and sweet to drink.

2 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed OR Hallelujah Acres
B-Flax-D(TM)
1 rounded tablespoon Nutritional Essentials Vanilla flavor
from Hallelujah Acres
6 ounces of organic apple juice OR almond milk OR rice milk
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries OR other frozen organic
fruit
1 Pharmax DHA capsule (contents of), available from
Hallelujah Acres
1 ripe banana

Blend above ingredients and enjoy for the both the
behavioral and emotional health of children (and even
yourself). May be consumed twice daily.
